Returns & Refunds are happy to help customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from any one of our stores or online.

If you purchased an item from us and it’s not of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description, you can return it.

We offer a refund or exchange, if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Proof of purchase must be presented we will then give you a refund using your original payment method.

  • We strive for 100% satisfaction.
  • We will repair, replace or refund defective, faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
  • Please contact us within 7 days to receive an authority to return and we will reimburse return shipping costs to you.
  • Items returned without prior approval with not receive reimbursement for shipping costs or refund on the item.
  • Where we approve the return  due to incorrect supply the item must be in original unworn, unmarked condition with the tags attached and in the original packaging to enable resale or return to our supplier.
  • Embroidered items will only be accepted for return for manufacturing fault or due to  incorrect supply against the original order.
